The Pending Agency is an AI-powered platform that brings managers, bookers, and casting professionals together with artists and creatives.
We built it to replace the chaos of spreadsheets, scattered inboxes, and disconnected portfolios with one connected system — designed specifically for the creative industry.
For managers, we offer AI-powered talent search, application management, a smart roster, and Spotty, an AI assistant that can take actions on your behalf via chat or email.
For artists, we offer a professional profile, job discovery powered by AI matching, an application assistant that writes cover letters for you, and the Pocket CRM to manage your client pipeline.
The platform is operated by The Pending GmbH, based in Berlin, Germany, and hosted on AWS infrastructure in the EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1).
