All data is stored on AWS infrastructure in the EU (eu-central-1, Frankfurt, Germany). The platform is operated by The Pending GmbH, a German company — for us, data protection is not an afterthought. For full details on data processing, see our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions are managed directly through the App Store or Google Play on your device. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prepaid fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law. Add-on AI Pen packs are one-time purchases — not recurring.
