Yes. The Pending Agency offers a Free tier that lets you explore the platform without a credit card. Paid plans (Light, Core, Professional, Pioneer) unlock higher usage limits, advanced AI features, and team collaboration. You can upgrade at any time from the Billing settings.

The Talent Finder uses semantic search powered by vector embeddings and Claude (via AWS Bedrock) to match your natural language query against artist profiles. You can combine filters like skills, location, and language with a free-text description of who you're looking for — the AI handles the rest.

Spotty is The Pending Agency's AI assistant. For managers, Spotty can review applications, update roster entries, draft emails, and take actions within the platform on your behalf — via the in-app chat or by emailing your unique Spotty address. For artists, Spotty helps with job discovery, application drafting, and career management.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section in your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prepaid fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
